To access the full features of 365apk, users must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information. Each individual is permitted to hold only one 365apk account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 365apk login credentials. All monetary transactions on the 365apk platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. 365apk reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time without prior notice.
Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are displayed on the deposit page within your 365apk account. Deposits are generally credited to your account immediately upon confirmation by the relevant payment provider.
Withdrawal requests are processed for verified accounts only. 365apk will use reasonable commercial endeavours to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the platform. 365apk reserves the right to conduct additional identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, except where 365apk otherwise expressly permits in writing.
365apk does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which 365apk bears no responsibility.
From time to time, 365apk may offer bonuses, free spins, or other promotional incentives to users. All such offers are subject to specific terms including, but not limited to, wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds requirements, and validity periods. The specific terms applicable to each promotion are set out in the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made.
Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible users and are subject to a maximum of one claim per household, IP address, or device unless explicitly stated otherwise. 365apk reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 365apk, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. The 365apk platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind. 365apk does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform.
365apk is committed to promoting responsible gambling. All users have access to the following responsible gaming tools through their account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent or temporary self-exclusion.
Users who wish to self-exclude from 365apk must submit a written request via the support channel. Self-exclusion will be implemented within 24 hours of the request being received. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 365apk is licensed to operate. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the 365apk platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting 365apk customer support at the email address provided on this site. If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal means, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
